01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases from DEARLADY FASHION SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601043012 (1705107-K)) (“Dearlady Fashion”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
02What We Sell
We sell women’s fashion: clothing, shoes, handbags and wallets, scarves and belts, fashion jewellery and hair accessories. The range on this website is 25 products, delivered within Malaysia or collected from us. We also supply boutiques and resellers at wholesale prices on quoted terms.
03Product Information & Sizes
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its colour, measurements and what comes with it. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the item in person. Measurements marked “approx.” are typical figures and can vary by about 1 to 2 cm, or 1 mm for jewellery.
The size guides on product pages are a general guide. If you are unsure which size to choose, ask us before you order.
Our jewellery is fashion jewellery: gold-tone plated metal with crystal-look stones and pearl-look beads. It does not contain precious metals, precious stones or real pearls unless the product page says so.
04Prices & Payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The amount charged at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed with you by email, phone or WhatsApp before dispatch and are paid separately. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before sending it and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed by our payment gateway provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we have checked stock.
05Orders, Stock & Wholesale
If an item or size you order is out of stock, we will tell you when it is expected, offer another size, or refund you in full. We may limit quantities per web order. For more than ten of one item, or to stock our range in your shop, please contact us for a wholesale quote. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quote.
06Delivery & Risk
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within the time stated in our Refund Policy.
07Faulty Goods
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, such as a broken zip, a loose buckle or a seam that comes apart under normal wear, our Refund Policy explains how we replace or refund it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other Malaysian law.
08Care & Normal Wear
Follow the care line on each product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing or ironing against those directions, by contact with perfume, chemicals or water on fashion jewellery, or by normal wear over time.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
