01Overview
We send orders by courier to addresses across Malaysia. You can also collect your order from our office at Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur.
02Dispatch & Delivery Times
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days of payment when items are in stock. Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 3 to 7 working days in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan after dispatch, and can take longer for remote areas and during public holidays. We send you the tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
03Packing
Clothes are folded in a sealed bag. Shoes go in their box inside the parcel. Bags are stuffed and wrapped so they keep their shape, and jewellery and hair accessories go in a small pouch or box. If a parcel arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy.
04Delivery Charges
The amount you pay at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and the address, and are confirmed with you by email, phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. You can cancel at no cost if you do not want to go ahead at that point.
05Wholesale Orders
For boutiques and resellers, we quote the order and its delivery together. Larger wholesale orders in the Klang Valley can be delivered on an agreed day.
06Self-Collection
You can collect your order from VO2-12-35, V Office 2, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at no delivery charge. Choose “Collect” at checkout. We will message you when it is ready and agree a time with you. Please bring your order reference.
07Address & Failed Deliveries
Please give a full address, including unit number and postcode, and a phone number the courier can reach. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or no one was available, we will contact you, and a second delivery may be charged.
